The Mortgage Lending Institute sponsors a biennial conference every other year. The next one will be in November or December of 2024, check back for updates for location and dates later this year. Papers considered for the second edition of the Mortgage Lending Journal can be presented there and included in the published proceedings even if they are not accepted into the Journal.

Established in 1965 as an association for the free exchange of current real estate finance business practices between mortgage lending professionals and the mortgage lending finance academic community. The Mortgage Lending Institute, Inc. is now a not for profit corporation with the same mission for the future of the commercial and residential lending industry.

The Mortgage Lending Institute, Inc. Sponsors an Annual Conference where real estate finance professionals are encouraged to present and be included in reviewed proceedings. Also, excellent presentations are blind reviewed for possible inclusion in our annual published Mortgage Lending Journal.
